The Shine Run is Ponies In The Smokies version of a "poker run". Each Shine Run Card will take the best five cards drawn at various 2024 Shine Run Stops (stops TBD) to complete the best possible poker hand. Hands will be ranked and the top hands will be called in order for the top prizes. Usually 30-40 places on average get a prize. (Prizes also TBA), but will include a cash grand prize as well as our traditional prizes.
You may purchase up to three Shine Run Cards per person. Anyone found to be playing more than three cards will have their extra cards disqualified, starting with their best card and proceeding from there.
Please make sure your address is correct. We will be mailing out your registration information starting in January 2024.
This spot is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. If for some reason the event is cancelled due to weather, act of God, or global pandemic, the ticket may be used the next year the event is held.
