Tear Down Time: Tear Down Time: Booth acceptance, assignments, and content: Only one direct sales vendor per company will be accepted on a first-come basis. If you are a direct sales company, please contact Crystal before paying so we can verify we do not have that company yet. Eventbrite will send you a confirmation of registration. Booth assignments will be confirmed two weeks prior to the event. If you are unsure if you were accepted, please contact us. Registrations and payment are made through Eventbrite. All booths will be inside as we have limited space outside for boutiques and food trailers.

In addition, vendors are asked to donate a silent auction item with a value of their choice. Vendors may include their business contact information with their donation to help promote their business. These items should be turned in when vendors arrive to register.

We will be promoting the event on our KHS social media pages and through local media so that we are able to provide a successful event for everyone. Join our Facebook event and share with friends. We will have large wooden signs for advertisement also. Please share the event on your social media, put up posters in your town, and spread the word so we can get a good crowd.
Promotion: Promotion: Move In and Set Up: Booths are 10’ X 10’ spaces and will cost $40.00. If you would like extra space, you will need to purchase more than one space. You may set up Friday from 6:00 p.m.- 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 7 a.m.-9:00 a.m. For organizational purposes, your name will be on your booth and on maps. Please leave the sign upon closing and also please pick up trash around your area. Student volunteers will be available to help load/unload. **NOTE: Please be very careful with our wooden/painted gym floor. No metal parts in displays or tables should be in direct contact with the gym floor. Make sure all materials that could scratch or cause an indentation in the floor have a flat base, are covered, or are sitting on a mat or rug.

If you need electricity, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed.
Electricity: Electricity: Parking: After unloading on the SOUTHWEST side of the building, all vendors will need to park as far north in the parking lot as possible. Vendor parking for trailers will be designated in the NORTHWEST parking lot. Watch for parking signs. There is sometimes a UNK track meet happening during our event, so paying attention to the parking maps is important. Please review the parking lot map.

The building will be locked overnight but we will NOT have security guards overnight. Please keep all valuable items in your possession. KPS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Security: Security: Licensing and Trademark Infringements: If unauthorized counterfeit goods are on display for sale at the event, they should be removed. You should have a copy of your licensing authorization for your business to sell products with trademarks. If this applies to you, please send a copy of your licensing with your registration.
