Snuggles and Struggles: A parenting group you’ll actually like!
🌟 Calling all parents! 🌟 Join us at Snuggles and Struggles, the ultimate parenting support group that will make your Fridays even better! 🤗👨👩👧👦💕 We gather every second Friday of the month, bringing parents from all over the city together. It's time to embrace the chaos and charm of parenting! 🌈✨
Our meetings are led by Sarah Todd and Carol Brady. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Social Worker of Clinical Practice with speciality training in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADS) and Mindfulness-Based Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She provides individual and family therapy services in downtown Columbia, SC. Carol holds a M.Ed in early childhood development and parent education. When she’s not painting, she manages a non profit education coaching program that supports parents and teachers in early childhood through high school settings.
