For the owner's session owners/managers can speak/ask questions about their biggest challenges such as hiring, keeping strong teams, finances, pricing, etc.
Stylist may want to ask more details on how they personally can get guidance on challenges they are having: such as building a loyal clientele, making higher paychecks, how to get better at certain skills, etc.
Students have the ability to ask and discuss topics such as what type of salon should they apply at, how do they get new clients, how do they build their speed along with their skills, etc.
These sessions do come with your ticket however will have limited seating so get a seat early as this is such an outstanding opportunity to be part of.
