Plated Landscape™: Wild Roots + Shoots
What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner?
What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner? What is a Plated Landscape™ Dinner? Started in 2006, Plated Landscapes are the brainchild of Chef/Founder/Farmer, Ben Bebenroth. These al fresco dining experiences take place at our farm, Spice Acres, along with other scenic and immersive locations in Northeast Ohio. The evening begins with a signature beverage and passed hors d'oeuvres. Then, we’re introduced to the evening's host(s) - the stewards of the land! The group embarks on an immersive experience of the location and is then seated for a multi-course, wine-paired dinner that incorporates food from our farm and the gems of the season’s harvest.
About this Dinner:Wild Roots + Shoots invites guests to celebrate the vibrant flavors of spring in Northeast Ohio. Set against a lush backdrop, this dinner showcases the season’s best—tender asparagus, earthy ramps, wild mushrooms, and fresh herbs, foraged and harvested at their peak. Guests will enjoy a curated, multi-course menu highlighting these local treasures, paired with thoughtfully selected wines. This immersive experience celebrates the renewal of spring and the beauty of our region’s natural bounty.
